General Information
All registrations fees are in US dollars.
Refunds, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be issued on written cancellations received by ISA Headquarters on or before March 26, 2010. Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 26, 2010. Please note that all refunds will be processed after the meeting.
Payment Plan
For Assets 2010, a payment plan is available for your registration fee only if you register on or prior to Monday, March 15, 2010; the payment plan will not be available after this date. By selecting the payment plan, you agree to a transaction fee of $10 USD. Your first credit card payment of 50% of the total meeting registration balance is due at time of registration and the second payment of the balance will be charged on Monday, April 5, 2010. This offer is only available for credit card payments and credit card must be valid through April 2010. You must register using this form to participate in the payment plan – online registrations are not eligible for the payment plan.
Spouses/Guests
It is always the Society’s pleasure to welcome the spouses and guests of meeting registrants. However, each guest is required to purchase a special badge in order to participate in the scheduled events. The cost of the badge is solely to defray the food and beverage expense. Spouse/guest registration includes meals only on Saturday-Monday of the conference and does not include entrance into educational sessions or the Friday tours. Spouse/guests wishing to attend a Friday tour may do so for a fee. Please see the registration form for more details.
If you have any special physical needs or requests, please note this on your conference registration or email us at isa@isa-appraisers.org no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference.

Make your reservations early, as housing is available on a first–come, first–served basis and room availability cannot be guaranteed. Please contact The Park Hyatt directly to make housing reservations. Mention ISA to receive the special discounted room rate of $199 CAD single/double, plus tax. Reservations should be made no later than April 2, 2010. After this date, we cannot guarantee availability of housing or the discounted group rate.

A passport is needed to gain entry to Canada from any country, including the United States. Toronto is well served by both Pearson International Airport and Toronto City Centre Airport.
The Park Hyatt Toronto is located 18 miles from Pearson International Airport. Car service is offered by the hotel for approximately $75.00 CAD. Contact 416.324.1554 or conciergetorph@hyatt.com to arrange for pick up. Taxis are readily available; fare to the hotel is approximately $50.00 CAD.

Recommended Attire
All educational sessions will be business casual. Meeting rooms tend to be cool, so please dress accordingly during the day. The Friday tours will involve a considerable amount of walking so comfortable shoes are encouraged.
